We use an external service to provide age estimation and ID verification services. While Didit performs the automated verification, ScoutSwap management and vetted volunteers/staff access specific verification outputs (like photos and age data) to manually verify accounts and uphold safeguarding. Keeping data secure
ScoutSwap is dedicated to keeping Your Data secure.
We use both technical and organisational measures to keep your data secure, including:
  • account access is controlled by an email and password unique to you;
  • any Data is stored on secure servers;
  • some Data, like passwords, are encrypted to prevent humans being able to read it;

Data retention
